Two dietitians from the PFHT will be running a workshop for us on Craving Change. This will be an introductory session. You will learn why you eat the way you do and what to do about it. This is not a diet workshop and they won’t tell us what to eat.
This workshop responds to comments from grads at the last meeting that basically say we all know what to eat and what not to eat, but how to stick to healthy eating patterns?
